I had an outstanding experience with Koala Insulation in Miami, FL. From beginning to end, the entire process was handled with incredible professionalism. The crew — Andy, Celso, and Sebastian — were absolutely fantastic. They took the time to carefully tape and cover everything to ensure any potential mess was fully contained, although there was truly no mess at all.
What impressed me even more was their attention to detail. Despite leaving the workspace spotless, they still went the extra mile by sweeping and cleaning the areas where they worked. Their efficiency was remarkable — they worked incredibly fast without sacrificing quality.

We had a truly terrible experience with this company. The operations manager was kind and helpful, until the owner stepped in to shut down any communication to help us resolve some of the issues that were left after they finished the install. The mismatch between what they communicated about their blown in insulation and what was actually delivered caused great distress to our growing family, and we are sorry to say we cannot recommend them for that reason.

Logan came and gave us an estimate. Took about 15 minutes in total. My attic had very little insulation and had a very narrow entry point to get to the main part of my house. Logan said Britten would be able to make it happen when he got here. Well. He did not disappoint. They showed up on time, they got the work done in under 2 hours and sitting in my dining room I already feel the difference. I no longer feel the heat radiating from my ceiling. They also took care of the rebate for me. Great team. I highly recommend them.

The best from beginning to the end on time professional work had the old insulation removal and new blown in great service respeful and informative..from the time I made the appointment with Renne and Logan sale guy to Dean and Eric who did the job they were on time and explain the whole process I'm very happy with this company would recommend Koala insulation to everyone thank you for a job well done...

Koala did a great job changing out the old insulation. They also air seal all the attic entrances, which is a plus. From the first consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and left everything clean when they were gone. Had a great experience with Koala Insolation company from the estimate with Logan to installation with Anthony all went smooth and on time they did all the work with basically leaving no mess what so ever. Also shout out to front office staff that handled all the financial part to the max.
