Koala had the best pricing out of all my quotes. They also had the most detailed quote, telling me exactly what they were going to do. The guy who came out also spent the most time in the attic heat examining what needed to be done. I appreciate that. They were professional and got the job done!

If you get someone knocking on your door to look at your attic and is giving you a 8k bill to insulate it please call these guys. They are absolutely amazing. I got one of these energy companies trying to sell me a big package, I immediately looked companies online and found Koala and they game out within couple of days looked at my attic and gave me a quote within minutes of their visit. It was a fraction of the other one. I ended up doing air sealing and insulation as I didn’t need anything else! Steph was the inspector and he was very upfront and gave me different packages and didn’t try to upsell me! He told me exactly what I need and suggested things I might need but not required. Tyler and Woody did the insulation. They were here on time and were in and out within 1 hour! Super quick and even took pictures (which I requested) so I can see the before and after! Highly recommended this company, they are honest and professional!

Wonderful experience! Quick to set up a quote (Steph did great walking me thru the options!), setup the removal of old insulation, and then getting the new insulation. Devon and Kelton did a great job removing the old insulation. And Woody and Tyler did great putting in fresh insulation. So quick - and even on a hot day! Great to work with and highly recommend.

Tyler and his team did an amazing multi day job at my house vacuuming out our 50 year old insulation and laying down up to code batt insulation, air gapping all "holes" (fans lights ect) and polybaffle vents. My attic is awful to climb around in and they did an amazing fast job with no damage or feet through the drywall ceiling. Well worth the financial investment at a good competitive rate.

Had a great experience with Tyler and Martin. They were in-and-out in under 2 hours. Removed all the existing insulation and blew in up to R38, as well as a mold/bacteria spray to help with moisture. We are happy with the installation, service, and looking forward to the benefits of full attic insulation. Thanks, Koala Insulation, Tyler and Martin!

We had a great experience with Koala Insulation of Greater Knoxville from start to finish. The estimator showed up on time, did a very thorough inspection of our attic, and clearly explained everything he found. His assessment lined up closely with what the TVA Energy Auditor had told us, which gave me a lot of confidence in the recommendations.
He also caught an issue that our builder had missed and had me pick up the needed part so his crew could take care of it while they were already in the attic. I appreciated that level of attention to detail. On top of that, the quote was more thorough and actually less expensive than another well-known company in town.
A couple weeks later, the installation crew came out. Three hardworking young guys who were very respectful of the house and careful not to make a mess. They worked for several hours, took before-and-after photos, and did a quality job. Cleanup was minimal. I only had to do a little light vacuuming and wipe down a couple walls afterward.
I did have one small concern after the install, and when I contacted them, they responded quickly and came back out without hesitation to address it. That says a lot about a company.

These guys are awesome. Very reasonably priced, we got several quotes and they were often 1/2 the price. Our technicians Tyler Martin and Austin Woods were respectful, professional, and adaptable. Our house is hard to find but they found it. And apparently there was a bird in our attic that we didn't know about, and it caused a bit of trouble, but didn't scare the technicians away. They got the job done anyway. We have very small attic entrances and they were able to squeeze through. We were shown photos of the completed work and they went above and beyond. They were good with our animals and very friendly. And they are getting us a rebate too. Highly recommend Koala Insulation 👍

I called Koala to assess the insulation in my attic. Steph returned my call and set up a time convenient for me. He kept the appointment on time, entered my attic space and reported the installed insulation was in better than normal condition requiring no additional work. I asked about attic fans and he provided information about their benefit. I requested installation of two fans according to his recommendation. The installers came at the agreed date and performed the installation. All contacts with Koala were professional and polite with quality work through installation. I gladly recommend them to anyone.

We had an excellent experience with Koala Insulation. When Steph first came out for a quote he was knowledgable and gave insightful recommendations. From spray foam installation start to finish, Terrell, Dylan and Juan were professional and cared about doing the job right.
They took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident about the work being doing. The installation itself was smooth and efficient (finished quicker than originally quoted$l) and the left everything clean afterwards.

Fast and efficient work! Steph came out and did a thorough inspection of my attic. 13 inches of insulation is current code...I had 3 inches! (And a nearly $600 electric bill for the month of January!!!)
The quote was very reasonable and TVA offers a $500 rebate for being compliant with energy standards.
Woody and Tyler came out and quickly got us up to code (and beyond!) Both were friendly, professional and efficient.
They answered all of my questions and provided me with plenty of pictures showing their work. I am extremely happy with Koala Insulation and would absolutely recommend them for your insulation service needs! Thanks guys!
