Crew Manager
Pay Rate

Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious, motivated Crew Manager to lead one of our installation teams. We provide high quality insulation services to homeowners and contractors in the surrounding areas, including traditional blown-in and batt insulation as well as spray foam.
The ideal candidate for this position will have construction management experience, and experience driving a truck and pulling a trailer. Experience installing traditional or spray foam insulation is a plus but not required.
We are looking for someone with the ability to work as part of a team, providing direct supervision, guidance, and feedback to crew members, ensuring efficient and high quality work while maintaining a clean and safe job site.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and customer service and communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers as the primary representative of our company, while maintaining a positive and professional image at all times.
This person will also train new crew members as necessary, and maintain inventory of job supplies and equipment. Bilingual in English and Spanish a huge plus.
Must be able to physically assist in removal and installation of insulation, following standard operating procedures with equipment set up and operation. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be comfortable with a working environment that includes confined spaces, dirt/dust and high temperatures.

Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, motivated Sales Person to join our small family-owned business. We provide high quality insulation services to homeowners and contractors in the surrounding areas, including traditional blown-in and batt insulation as well as spray foam.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and skills: estimating and construction work, in-home sales, insulation and/or roofing experience preferred but not required.
Sales person will travel to various sites within our territory to complete estimates and sales presentations for our insulation services. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required. Must excel at written and verbal communication. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus but not required.
Candidate must be comfortable with prolonged periods of walking, crouching, and maneuvering through attics and crawl spaces. Jobsite environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, and heights
Insulation Technician

$15.00 - 20.00/Hourly
Job Description
As an Insulation Technician you will be partnered with an experienced team member who can provide guidance and feedback as you are learning our core services. You will be taught how to install insulation in Residential and Commercial properties. Services performed will include blown-in cellulose installs, fiberglass batt installs, and insulation removal. There will be plenty of opportunities to advance and become an Insulation Installer.
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field preferred, not necessary.
Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights. Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
