Amazing experience. Koala came out in the blistering heat to help assess our very old attic insulation and not only gave a quote but spent the time answering our questions and educating us on the science behind the process. We had a second floor that was unlivable in the summer months for years. Just a few days after the new R-60 insulation our second floor is easily 15-20 degrees cooler even in the hottest day. I couldn’t be more greatfull for the prompt professional service and installation. Would highly recommend! Thanks Joe and team!!

Josh and CJ were great. They were right on time, efficient, professional, and Josh answered all of our questions. I especially appreciated Josh’s knowledge of the end-to-end process for Koala (and Ameren!).

This company does quality work! We have a 1930s house with a big squirrel issue in the attic. In addition to other repairs, we needed old insulation removal, enzyme cleaner applied, air sealing, and new insulation. They did all of this and took pictures every step of the way to update me. These guys had a very long day, but were extremely nice and hard-working. If I had to go through this process again, this is who I’d pick in a heartbeat .

We recently had Koala Insulation blow insulation into our attic and install a Draft Master, and the difference has been noticeable immediately. They also sprayed Attic Fresh throughout the attic, and it honestly made the whole space feel like a brand new build.
Upstairs is already feeling more comfortable, and you can tell the home is holding temperature better. The crew was professional, courteous, and took great care throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they finished.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Koala Insulation to anyone looking to improve their home’s comfort and energy efficiency.

I found Koala Insulation through the Ameren/Spire Pays program. We needed a lot more insulation up in the attic to help with our comfort in the house. Josh and crew came on time and were great to work with. They took care working in the house. They put down plastic on the floors where they were running their tube. At one point their tube sprung a leak outside in the yard. They took the time to vacuum up all the stuff that blew into the yard to make it look good. They answered all my questions and even made a few suggestions that I could do to help with my attic in the future. I would highly recommend them.
