Just had Haper and Said to work on new insulation in my attic floor. They came with the most respectful and professional manner you can ask for. They addressed every concern i had over any open spaces. They took amazing before and after pictures to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. When the work was completed they cleaned up so well its as if they were not even here. If you are going to have Koala Insulation at your home i would def request Harper and Said so you can have the same experience that i was able to have. Thanks so much guys for an amazing job!

It was a pleasure working with Koala from start to finish. They first sent an inspector out to see the attic and give us a free estimate + work proposal, which included securing the HVAC hoses and disinfecting the area. Today, Brandon and Luther came out to install our insulation and they did a fantastic job, no notes. It only took them a few hours, and as I write this I can already feel the house cooling better. I'm very satisfied with their work and their professionalism, it was a pleasure talking with them, and will reach out to Koala again if needed.

These guys Brando and José went to the extra mile, excellent work, much more than expected, they sanitized my attic and went well above the 12-inch code.

I contacted them online for a quote. Gabrielle contacted me promptly and when I wasn't able to stay on the phone, she offered to text me. That was very convenient for me. We set up a time and Sean came out to the house. He was friendly and professional. He explained the amount of insulation I had and where it needed to be. He showed me the temperature readings in the rooms. I was told what the cost would be and what it included. It cost less than I anticipated. I received the quote via email but never felt pressured. I accepted the quoted and paid the deposit. I was then contacted to schedule the work. Yolande was so sweet on the phone and was able to schedule it at my convenience. The work day arrived. There was a short delay in the start time but Yolande called to apologize and keep me informed. Throughout the process I received texts of who would be arriving so when Antonio and Joel arrived I was prepared. They were friendly and professional and got right to work. They cleaned up a bit of insulation that had escaped even though I offered to clean it. The work was completed sooner than anticipated. Antonio showed me a picture of the level of insulation after the job was done and even let me know that he noticed the tape around one of the AC ducts was starting to come loose. Not something we would've noticed anytime soon. I received the invoice online and paid the balance. I work in HR and am very cognizant of customer service. This was an extremely easy process from start to finish thanks to the professional, friendly service of Koala's staff. They know their work and what their customers need and have created a process to offer excellent customer service. I recommend them.

Horrible service, after me asking workers to reach thru sofit on sides of the roof, they still didn't do it. I paid $2000ish + and get fast unreliable service, instead of responsible caring service, i found out later that all the sides of my roof does not have insulation. I will never recommend Koala.

I needed to have insulation of my addict done. I felt comfortable with the first visit of Koala Insulation sending me an energy consultant to explain the best insulation for my needs. When they came in to perform the job, the blown-in insulation was done clean and handled in a professional manner by Michael and Dean. These gentlemen were courteous and made sure all dust and small debris were removed after work was finished. Will definitely recommend this company to people who need insulation in their house.

My son recommended Koala since he got his done a couple of months ago and he was very happy with the service and quality. I called them (7/26/24) they provided me a quick appointment (7/29/24), Matthew was great, very knowledgeable, very easy to talk to and I never felt pressured. I decided to sign with Koala and within 2 days they were here doing the work (7/31/24) and the installation crew was EXCELLENT (Mike, Zion and Fred). These guys were very professional, they knew exactly what they came to do, cleaned anything they left behind and were very efficient. They shared before and after photos and answered any questions I had professionally. Excellent crew and my son was right that I was going to be very happy with every step.
