The Koala team was very careful, protecting our walls and floors, and showed concern for our well being since it was cold outside and the door was open. The work was performed efficiently and thoroughly and they cleaned up after themselves so one would never know they were there...except: the next morning we could already notice that our upstairs area was warmer than it had ever been in the winter!
