Sean, Nick and his team were incredible! Nick especially went above and beyond to ensure my soggy insulation was aired out properly under my mobile home before the job was started. They did a fantastic job, left the area nice and clean and did the job with a smile on their faces! I highly recommend. Will use again if the need arises.

We got closed cell spray foam on our entire roof deck on a residential retrofit. Nick and Sean were fantastic. Nick (the sprayer) was honest and trying to save us money, and willing to answer many questions and offer references for his work. He was responsive in checking in on daily progress while we were away. Sean (owner) was also very helpful in going back and forth in figuring out difference foam depths and adjusting quotes as needed. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again. Our carpenter who did some finish work after them said they did a great job. Inspector as well.

I had my blown-in insulation taken out of my attic and my basement spray foamed. I am ecstatic about the work that was completed by Koala Insulation of Eastern Connecticut! I highly recommend this company. Sean, the owner is very down-to-earth and eager to please his customers, and I can say the same about Nick & Co. These guys are AMAZING and worked so hard to get me the results that I was looking for, they went above and beyond, and I am super happy with the results!

Sean and Nick were fantastic to work with. This project ended up having several unexpected complications that could have easily derailed things, including issues with roof venting, improperly installed drywall, and coordination challenges involving permits, the building department, and septic requirements.
They did not walk away or cut corners. Instead, they worked through every issue with me, stayed flexible on both pricing and scheduling, and put in long days to keep things moving forward.
What really stood out was their willingness to go beyond the scope of the job. Even when something technically fell on me as the homeowner, they took the time to explain options, problem solve, and make sure things were done the right way. I learned a lot through the process.
I am confident that many companies would have either walked away or taken advantage of the situation. Sean and Nick did the opposite. They stuck with it and delivered a great result with integrity and pride in their work.
