This company was recommended by Duke Energys website. They came out and did a free estimate. They took dozens of pictures of all my concerns and were very thorough. Within 24 hours I had a very reasonable quote. They took care of everything. Very professional and would highly recommend.

My experience with the Koala team was great from the start until the completed project. The quote was fair for the product and amount of work done. They communicated with me throughout the process. The guys worked extremely hard in hot conditions and made sure the area was cleaned before they left. I highly recommend the Koala Insulation team.

Gary was responsive, professional, on time, organized and reliable. The work was scheduled in advance, performed as scheduled and I am very happy with the work completed.
Gary’s field guys were great. Very hardworking, knowledgeable and friendly crew.
