Koala Insulation was a pleasure to work with from my first call speaking with Gene; next talking and asking questions along with several options (fiberglass vs. cellulose/with or without a solar fan) with Frank the estimator; and finally again informing me how the installation of the actual insulation was to be blow in to my attic, etc. by Anthony the installer and his associate. Upon completion of the job everything was cleaned up and wouldn't have know they were even here. A very professional company with great customer service! Thank you from a very satisfied customer!

Koala was on my list due to great reviews. They priced competitively and worked with my schedule. The gentlemen that came to do the work were very much on top of keeping the areas of access clean and vacuumed. Anthony was a clear communicator and I was so appreciative of the patience with my almost non-stop barking rescue dog. Thank you!

We were pleased with our attic insulation project from start to finish. On our initial call, the phone was answered, something we did not experience with other companies. A consultation was scheduled in short order and Frank gave his opinion on what was needed, and perhaps more importantly, what was not needed. The job was scheduled quickly. Anthony and his cousin were very professional, did a great job, checked in with us along the way to show us their progress, and cleaned up. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Koala! They arrived right on time and were ready to get started. Anthony was incredibly friendly and personable. He clearly explained what they would be doing and walked us through everything afterward. We’re very impressed with the quality of work and couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you so much!

Now that we've had below freezing weather for a bit we can testify to how well this install worked. Communication was excellent, install was professional and much quicker than anticipated. Scheduling was easy. We had some insulation in the attic already. With this new blown fiberglass at 60 R factor (code is 38) our 64 F degree second floor is now a consistent 70 F. Should have done it way sooner. Price was very reasonable. Recommended by our roofing company, Catalfano Bros.
