Isaac and Dillon were a pleasure to have in our house. They took extra care to protect our floors and belongings while they were working and made sure to double and triple check their cleanup throughout the house.
We got plenty of documentation of the work they performed in our attic (we certainly didn't want to crawl up there to verify) and they were great at communicating what they were doing before they did it, and what they found and accomplished after they finished.
Kayla was the woman who quoted the work, she came by for the initial consultation and then came back this morning before Dillon and Isaac to perform some tests and make sure we got any questions answered. Everyone we have interacted with at Koala has been wonderful

This review is specifically for Kayla at Koala Insulation. Our initial experience was Kayla was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided a thorough overview of our attic spaces and insulation needs. However, even more appreciated was one year later, we got a completely outrageous estimate from our pest company, and we had Kayla come out and take a look at our attic space and reassured us that we did not need to pay for unnecessary services. I would recommend Koala Insulation to anyone due to Kayla’s outstanding customer service!

Isaac ( the installer) and his helper did a great job. They were very professional, explained everything and cleaned everything up perfectly. I had a friend who used them and I’m grateful for her recommendation.
They insulated my attic, but they also do other parts of the house. This is a woman owned company that I was glad to support.

They were on time and helpful. Did a good job although communication with Cesar was challenging as he spoke little English. They tried to mask off where they were working, but I still had a LOT of dust to clean up afterward. Overall satisfied!

If I could give more than 5 stars to the amazing crew & company I would. I’m so impressed by the professionalism, right from the time of the evaluation & very fair quote, given by Kayla, to scheduling & the final result. I can’t say enough about the crew who did the job! Oscar, Matthew & Jacob were absolutely incredible. They arrived on time, took on what I thought to be a very daunting task of upgrading the entire space, yet made it look like an absolute breeze. They worked together like a dream team, super efficient, professional & paid such attention to detail. I really appreciated their final touch of cleaning up all surrounding areas afterwards. It is rare to find a team and company who comes through like they did. As an interior designer, I will from now on be utilizing Koala Insulation of Denver North for all of my home remodels. I highly recommend, don’t even think twice!
