Very disappointing experience with Koala Insulation of Colorado Springs.
We paid a $12,000 deposit and agreed on an August 10 start date with completion by August 24. From the beginning, we were repeatedly told the crew was on the way, only for no one to show up. Calls and emails went unanswered.
When we finally cancelled on August 14 because we could not afford further delays to our construction project, we were told our deposit would be refunded. Andres Ortega later said the materials had to be returned first and that the refund would take 3–5 business days. The materials were returned August 17, but we still have not received our $12,000, and our calls and emails are now being ignored.
What was especially concerning was being told the crew were delayed by "machine problems." When the crew member arrived at 3pm on Friday. They told us the machine was fine, they had actually been working at another job.
We gave Koala every opportunity to make this right. At this point, we simply want our $12,000 deposit returned. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and carefully considering this company before paying any deposit or using them for your project.

I chose koala insulation due to the pictures online and how clean the work was compared to other companies and they did not disappoint. Andy was great to work with. Always answers the phone when I call. They completed closed cell spray foam walls and r49 fiberglass ceiling insulation for my pole barn. I do HVAC for a living and this was well done. Will use them again and will refer to my HVAC customers.

Raphael and the crew did a great job on our equipment outbuilding. Since it is designed to require no heat and still stay above freezing, the foam insulation on the ceiling was an integral part of the design. We are very pleased with their work, their professionalism, and their friendliness. We highly recommend them.

I received an very reasonable estimate for closed cell foam installation. The guys came by to complete the job were professional and did a great job. They used plastic around the project to protect the exterior of my home. I would recommend this company for insullation projects. I had a gap under the house that led to a deck.
They were able to fill it with the foam to seal up that area. I actually was getting an estimate from a landscaping company while they were here. He highly recommend the product they were using. He just volunteered that when he saw the guys working here.

Koala is thee best!!! I had called and spoke with Frank & he scheduled a team to come out and do spray foam on the belly of a mobile home I was selling.
The team of Seth, Corey & Jesus were TOP NOTCH! These guys are amazing!! They went above and beyond. Any issue we ran into they communicated with me and stayed on top of the job with GREAT time management. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing insulation!!
