John and Tommy arrived on time to add extra insulation to our back porch attic. They sealed off the ceiling fixtures, installed soffit and access barriers and blew in additional material over the great room to account for settling and previous damage. They kept me informed at each phase and were very skilled and courteous. Cleanup was thorough…even in the attic access. I highly recommend this company.

First impressions are lasting! The team arrived early and wasted NO time getting started on my insulation install. They worked diligently and efficiently. They were consistently professional, courteous and personable! They did a phenomenal job of keeping me abreast of their progress and they cleaned up spectacularly!

This is the second time we have used Koala Insulation, once on our primary residence and now on a rental property, and both experiences were exceptional. Steven Griffin handled the initial quote and was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew his craft. That same level of excellence carried through to the installation team. Jalyn and Matt led the crew on site today and went above and beyond in every sense, not only completing the full scope of work professionally and efficiently, but taking the time to call out areas of concern they noticed that were outside their job entirely. That kind of thoroughness and genuine care for the homeowner is rare and deeply appreciated. The full crew, all four of them, worked hard the entire day, removed all the old insulation, sealed the air gaps, rerouted the bath fan exhaust, and blew in full R49 coverage across both the main attic and garage attic without cutting a single corner. Everything was handled with professionalism and the site was left clean. Steven even came back after the job was completed to assess additional insulation-related issues I was having and helped with a few minor insulation repairs I needed. He is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. I truly appreciate his service.
