I had the pleasure of working with Koala Chicago-West starting with John A who came to assess needs & discuss the project. Attic & crawl insulation were done by Corey, Damian, Jullian and crew. They worked from 8:30-3;30, the equipment was a bit noisy but the team worked quietly & efficiently. Most impressive was how polite & kind they were. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

WOW WOW WOW!!!! I've been fighting cold / hot second story rooms for years. Several HVAC visits later I finally thought insulation? Koala came in and the next week I went from about 2 inches of insulation (see before ruler photo) to a TON of insulation (see buried measure marker photo). They sealed up any air flow gaps, added insulation to attic, under the bedroom over the garage and spray foamed a closet. The changes in the house was IMMEDIATE!!! If you are thinking "Should I have my insulation checked?", don't wait call Koala! Fast, Fair, Professional and Clean! I'd do it all over again without a second thought!

Owner John came out to provide us with a quote for a smaller job in the crawl space beneath our kitchen. He was very friendly, gave us a reasonable offer, and informed us about energy rebates that would expire at the end of the year. We booked the job. The crew arrived promptly and got to work immediately. Our crawl space is not easily accessible (through an old hopper window located over the utility sink in our laundry room). They cleared out the old insulation and cleaned up years' worth of detritus. They were finished in under two hours and left everything tidy. Clear before-and-after photos were shared with us. Great work! We can't wait to reap the benefits of a well-insulated space.
