We had an excellent experience with Koala Insulation from start to finish. We recently had spray foam installed in our home, and I was very impressed with the professionalism, communication, and care throughout the entire process.
I especially want to recognize Bryant, our project manager. He was exceptional. He communicated with me every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done and what to expect. Having spray foam installed in your home is a big project, and Bryant completely earned my trust. I felt confident that he was looking out for our home and making sure the job was done correctly.
The crew was professional, thorough, and respectful of our home, and the entire project was handled very well. We are already noticing a difference in the comfort and humidity levels in our house.
I would absolutely recommend Koala Insulation, and I can’t say enough good things about Bryant. He truly made the experience a five star one!

We had blown in insulation installed by Koala March 2026. Immediately the temperature was more stable in our 1950s house that had only 1 inch remaining original insulation. I waited until summer to write a review and y'all insulation is so worth it. Last summer (which was cooler in August )we spent on average $250 to cool a 1200 sq ft house 76 during the day and 72 at night. Now we are spending $180 for 74 during the day and 68 at night. Koala was very professional. Highly recommend!

Professional, informative, friendly and (relatively) affordable. You can't really ask for more. My mother bought an old home and I was managing all of the repairs and contractor interactions. When a pest service charged 8k to redo the insulation in the attic, I lost a year from my life due to shock. This is a small home. That should never be the price. I am really glad I found Koala. I want my mother to be comfortable in her later years and they did an amazing job. The home had 0 insulation and whatever sparse amount that actually existed was covered in animal droppings. Again, I cannot recommend them enough. I don't think I ever have to think about insulation ever again. That's how it should be.

Van & his Team are phenomenal. I had a unique situation, my son was in the ER the same time I was a scheduled for my blow-in insulation …..The Koala Team to the rescue! Their amazing Team of professionals took care of everything & now my attic is replenished with blow-in insulation and a zipper entryway to help keep the insulation in and house cool. Absolutely the best experience. Thank Van, Brandy & Team!

Koala gave excellent service from beginning to end.
During our consultation the agent was mindful enough to wear a mask (as requested via signage outside our home due to immunocompromised individuals). Most people just blow by that.
Koala was the third company to quote the project (attic insulation), gave consistent information with the other 2, and offered the best value for our money. The agent walked through the itemized quote, clearly explaining each option. We did not feel any pressure to approve every option presented, instead we were able to customize our quote right that moment. Once completed he spelled out all of the steps that would be taken to complete our job.
Once we booked with Koala, we were on the schedule within a week. A dumpster was delivered the day prior and picked up a day after the job was complete. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time and were in and out within 4 hours! They covered the floor anywhere they needed to walk or rest their equipment and made sure to clean up anything that may have evaded the coverage.
I highly recommend Koala because of their quality service, timeliness, and overall value.
