Speaking with Andrew was great. He went over their entire process and explained my options. Of course I picked the most expensive option which was also a very respectable price. I’m a do it right the first time guy and my house was built in 66’. New installation was well overdue.

Andrew was super knowledgeable and friendly during quote. We bonded over music. Was able to quickly schedule job and guys came following week. Install went great. Guys cleaned up. Some insulation was discovered later in the intake of my tankless water heater. Plumber was able to quickly resolve and clear of unit. Andrew didn’t hesitate to offer to reimburse me. One day in house is less humid and upstairs noticeably cooler.

Koala did a great job increasing the insulation in our attic and adding two attic fans. Marcellino provided a clear quote and the work was completed within a week. I highly recommend calling Koala for your insulation needs!

We are very pleased with Koala, they helped us decided on a plan of action that would give us the best comfort for our money. Then when the team came out for install they were very friendly, extremely respectful of our property, and cleaned up before leaving.

Great company highly recommend. I reached out to Koala for information and talked to Gary Risner, Sales GM, and he was prompt in calling me and coming out to review our home and needs. After receiving the quote from him, he was competitive with other bids I received, but the main reason I chose Koala over others was Gary. He's professional, personable, and overall a great guy. His crew came out the very next day for installation. Arthur & Sergio were great. It took a couple hours and we could immediately tell the difference in our home. We went with blow in fiberglass to go over our spotty bat coverage we had already. If you're considering a company for insulation installation do yourself a favor and give Koala a call.
