My experience with Koala Insulation of Atlanta Perimeter North has been nothing less than outstanding !!
I first contact them during the Summer of 2025. Billy came to my house and explained all of the options. I decided to go with the spray foam application to replace 30 year old batts in my attic.
My problem was finding a time (the process took 2 full days plus another day to allow the foam to cure) when I could be out of the house.
I contacted Billy at the beginning of Spring this year. He gave me a revised quote and I scheduled the project. The team came last week. The main technician was Dumitru. He was amazing. His communication throughout the process was excellent. The install team was over the top wonderful, professional and went out of their way to do everything perfectly.
The job went off without a hitch !! I went up to my attic yesterday for the first time since the application. It was hot outside, but not in the attic !!!! I was in the attic for over 30 minutes and never felt uncomfortable !! No sweating, not even a bit !!
I give Koala Insulation a 12 out of 10 !!!
I am so, so, so happy (and the top floor of my house is perfectly conditioned from the hot, muggy, damp Summer outside.

My experience start to finish with Koala of Atl Perimeter North was exceptional. Every team member was polite, professional, communicative and efficient. There was clear and constant communication throughout the process and the price was better than one of their competitors who used pushy sales tactics that pushed me away. I am pleased with the outcome of the spray foam in my attic and I have already recommended Koala to a friend!!!

My home feels amazing! The Koala team did a great job! They were on time, cleaned up the area afterwards and did a great job on my old insulation removal, applying sealants and putting the new insulation in. My home feels cool and not hot as before. I recommend to all!

Assume job!! Protected my floors. Cleaned up after themselves. They did a through job. I was very excited to have found them. From the time Billy came to give us an estimate, and the crew showed up to do the work. Very professional. I highly recommend Koala for any of ones insulation needs.

What a great find! We were having moisture problems..we found that the floor wasn’t air sealed and the insulation was poorly blown in the attic. They vacuumed out the old insulation air foam sealed all the flooring and blew in the new insulation air. Their crew was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Fantastic clean up.

Very easy and helpful to work with, from education during the sales process to taking good care of our home during the installation. It was a two day job to replace our insulation. They were very professional, took care of our property, cleaned up after each day. I would strongly recommend them to my friends or family members.

The crew that came out on a 97 degree day did an excellent job of blowing insulation in my attic. Even though it was extremely hot, they still spent the time to do things right. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. Even though theirs wasn't the lowest bid (nor the highest), I feel the couple hundred extra spent was well worth the money. Professional all the way.

Great service from a great team. This team provided consistency and follow thru. The young men that insulated our home were polite and thorough. They did not finish at the end of the day but they made sure we were the first assignment that very next morning. This company is awesome. If I could give more stars I would have.

Our experience with Koala Insulation was a breeze from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable about the product and explained the process thoroughly. Our consultant Billy came out to the house to look at our attic and explain how we could upgrade our insulation, and we were able to schedule install date quickly after. Our installer Brian and his crew were so thorough and left our house as clean as it was before they arrived. Would highly recommend Koala, particularly if you have an older home in need of an insulation upgrade!

I had an amazingly positive experience with koala insulating my attic. Professional, kind, communicative, clean and tidy, respectful to my property. I am waiting for a request for photos of the sealed areas and possibly some additional insulation to some areas that may not be deep enough. I was told photos were to be taken by Billy Addison at time of sale and by installers. I am waiting to pay my invoice to have the photos and any thin areas I failed to mention during final inspection after install. Brian was amazing, he even takes a magnet and collects any nails that fell into surrounding exterior. I would highly recommend.
There is nothing more valuable than ‘service recovery’ as coined by Four Seasons Hotel. Doug and Brian came back to my home and searched for the gap I was concerned about AND repaired it!!!

A characteristic of great businesses is how they handle customer complaints. I engaged Koala to upgrade the insulation in our home. Their sales person came and gave me a detailed quote including some free add ons which I accepted.
When their staff came to do the job, I decided to reduce the scope of work. This caused changes in pricing at their end which their ops and billing team were unable to resolve. It took just one email to their customer service and I was contacted by their owner. He resolved everything to my satisfaction.
I found them to be professional, polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly to anyone considering an insulation job.

I hired Koala of Atlanta Perimeter North to remove loose insulation that had been installed 44 years before and they did a fantastic job. They professionally prepped the area for over an hour before running a hose from outside into the attic. What was originally estimated to be a 2-3 hour job took over 6 hours because the insulation was wet (I'll deal with my bad insurance company about that one) but they are pros and got every bit of the loose insulation out. It was unbelievably heavy. Brian and his protege James did a great job and I'll be asking Ryan, the owner, to send them to install the bats in a few weeks.

I was so pleased with the job Koala did for us. They were on time and on budget and just exceeded my expectations. We even had an issue and lost power in one area of the house after work in our attic. Koala immediately hired an electrician to come in and get this fixed for us. Just a great experience!

Excellent job on my basement walls all around 👏 And they clean after themselves. You want the best for insulation look no further. Trust me I look and did my research. They are the best for sprayed insulation! Keep up the good work guys! 👏 It really help to cool the basement. No AC yet just a large fan and is comfortable vs hot as before.
