It's often noted that when and how a business successfully resolves issues for a service actually improves customer satisfaction verses if the work was done with no issues at all. Such was my experience. Two issues happened, one of my making and one of Koala's. Both were resolved professionally and with a high degree of integrity.
In terms of the actual work performed, both the spray foam and painting was done very well. Cleanup was excellent. Will recommend to others.

The experience with Koala was great! Bryant and Jeremy were very professional, thorough and thoughtful in their service. The preliminary site vote, quick turnaround detailed quote (very reasonable) and subsequent timely installation could not have been better. They were very sensitive in protecting the integrity of interior areas adjacent to project site and left treated area very clean when complete. I highly recommend this company and plan on working with them again to sprsy foam more areas as our remodel continues.

Koala removed our old attic insulation and replaced it with R-49 blown in insulation. They were very conscientious and professional in the way they performed their work and cleaned up well when they were done. Our sensitive air filters never kicked in because John and the crew kept the dust isolated to the attic. When they found electrical wires that had been chewed by mice, resulting in exposed copper wire, they waited for me to bring in an electrician to repair the wires and still completed the job in one day. Overall, Koala did a wonderful job for us and we highly recommend them.

I hired Koala to remove all the drop in insulation in the attic of my 1968 home and they did an amazing job! Their communication was great, and once their team got to work on the job, they had it fully finished and cleaned up within 2 days. I booked a very specific date a few months ago and Jared and the team committed to that date, understood the importance of the winter break schedule. My job was unique and had some challenges, but their communication was fantastic. The guys showed up on time and the job was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Jon & his team are very friendly, professional, & invested in performing the best job possible. They cleaned up after themselves after blowing in fiberglass to bring me up to a R49 value. While installing batting in my crawlspace they identified an issue which needs repair & remediation & put me in contact with a remediation company. Top notch all the way around!

We are very pleased with every aspect of our service from Koala Insulation. Jared came out and inspected our attic, we thought we may have water damage due to roof damage from the recent storms, but he advised we did not. He was very professional, friendly & on time. BJ and John arrived exactly on time and ready to work. They were obviously experts and actually also found some defects in my HVAC ducts which they took pics of and pointed out so I could get them taken care of later. Zach did a great job today. And Jared has been great to work with as well. This is the 3rd time we’ve used these folks as we’ve added 2 additions to our home and every time they have been wonderful to work with. They communicate with you throughout the entire process, show up when they were scheduled, prepped the work area to avoid creating a mess, worked efficiently to accomplish the job and cleaned up their work area upon completion.

Koala Insulation of Nashville came out to remove our old insulation and replaced it with new blown-in fiberglass. The crew; Cody, Jackson, Zach, and Ronnie were very professional and friendly. They explained everything they were doing, problem solved and communicated well with us, and overall did and excellent job. They removed old plywood, air sealed, and installed an attic fan in addition to the blow in. Our attic is night and day from the old, sunk down insulation to the now new fiberglass at R-38. We look forward to having a more comfortable feeling home and for our heat/AC unit to work less. Thank you Koala Insulation!

"I am extremely unhappy with your services.
I had to pick up dozens of screws from where the ceiling was removed off of my floor.
A piece of the ceiling was left up.
The lights were not put back up and most were left on my counter tops.
One of the lights were left outside and was rained on overnight making is unusable.
Antother was light was broken, with glass in my sink.
Not all of the blown in insulation was removed.
The foam insulation was not sprayed in the overhang area as was quoted to me by the salesman.

This is my home, the place where I live and sleep. I have never, ever had my home left such a mess after having work done. It is excedingly distrespectful!
I now have to hire someone to come hang the new lights that I have to purchased to replace the damaged ones."

I reached out to Koala via email. JD called me and I was at work and I explained that the best way to reach me was via email. I have not heard from anyone at the company since.
