That’s exactly why we do blower door testing!

It sounds a little technical, but it’s actually pretty simple. We set up a fan in your doorway that pulls air out of the house. That change in pressure forces outside air to come in through any little gaps or cracks. From there, we can see how much air is leaking and where it’s coming from.

And I’ll be honest—almost every home has more leaks than people expect.

We usually find them in the attic, around lights, near windows and doors… all the spots you’d never really think about. Once we find those areas, it makes it a lot easier to fix the problem the right way.
