All information collected will be retained by Carbon Ceiling, LLC and passed on to the appropriate franchisee or licensee or related company (collectively, “Affiliate”). Information provided to Affiliates may also be provided to Carbon Ceiling, LLC and will be retained in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
