"Got back from vacation. (Awesome 7 day ride on the Oregon coast with wife and son.) Shop was left unopened the entire time. Walked in when I got back. Temp was EASILY 15 degrees, if not 20, cooler than outside. My son exclaimed "Holy crap." I am 100% satisfied with the decision to spray. "I contacted Koala Insulation of Spokane when we were told we needed to have our blown-in insulation removed out of our attic prior to some electrical work we needed to have done. I had two companies come out and give quotes for both removing the insulation and then blowing insulation back in. In comparing the 2 quotes we received, Koala Insulation provided the overall best quotes and gave one price for each of the 2 services (#1 removing the insulation and then #2 air sealing the space and blowing new insulation back in). As soon as we accepted the bid we were very quickly able to schedule our service at a time that worked with our schedules. The crew who came were very professional and respectful of our home. Unfortunately this job turned out to be much more involved then we initially thought. Our house was built in 1915 and unknown to us had a lot of debris mixed in with the insulation which made the job very difficult for the Koala crew. The owner, Taylor was in touch with us from the beginning. The service we thought would take a few hours took multiple hours over a few days. Although Koala Insulation had many jobs booked, they kept returning to our home until the service was complete. The icing on the cake is the owner Taylor honored the original quote! Amazing customer service and great work! Thank you Taylor and the entire Koala Insulation crew.""
