Koala Insulation of Dallas' Ops Manager Receives National Recognition

Koala Insulation’s national headquarters provides support for its network of over fifty and growing franchise owners. The headquarters office helps its partners in Dallas, Plano, Richardson and surrounding DFW locations to offer consistent and high standards of customer support. Each quarter, headquarters recognizes an employee who goes above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and models “the Koala way.”

Koala Insulation of Dallas is proud that its Operations Manager, Nolan, was recognized nationally in July as a top employee. Nolan’s recognition was based on his willingness to provide customers with outstanding service – regularly explaining in detail how the job was going to be performed and what they should expect as a result of receiving an insulation upgrade.

Nolan regularly points out to Dallas, Plano and Richardson homeowners problems in their homes that often have nothing to do with insulation. Some problems he often finds and reports to unknowing customers include air conditioning ducts that are open to the attic, leaks, pipe vents that are not properly fitted to the roof, old electric attic fans that have quit, and structural problems such as cut or broken joists or rafters. On many occasions, Nolan has fixed the problems when he can, or simply recommended what a customer needs to do to resolve the problem.

Spotting problems with ventilation, or deficiencies in insulation, and pointing those problems out regularly wins the trust of customers and results in five-star reviews.
