Save Thousands with NJNG Rebates & 0% Financing

Koala Insulation of Central Jersey helps homeowners take advantage of New Jersey Natural Gas’s Whole Home Energy Solutions program, offered through NJNG’s SAVEGREEN® energy efficiency initiative.

This utility-backed program is designed to make homes more comfortable, lower energy bills, and make upgrades more affordable with rebates and 0% financing.

How It Works

It starts with a required home energy audit, which looks at where your home is losing energy. Based on your Total Energy Savings (TES) after improvements, you may qualify for:

Up to $7,500 in Rebates*

• $2,000 minimum rebate at 5% energy savings

• Earn an extra $200 for each additional 1% in savings

• Maximum rebate of $7,500 per project

Up to $25,000 in 0% Financing*

Eligible homeowners can finance their project with 0% APR through NJNG’s On-Bill Repayment Program (OBRP), with payments added directly to your NJNG utility bill.

What Upgrades Qualify?

The program takes a whole-home approach and can include:

• Attic, crawl space, and wall insulation

• Air sealing to stop drafts and leaks

• HVAC efficiency upgrades

• Water heating improvements

Program Timeline

NJNG’s Whole Home Energy Solutions program is currently available through June 30, 2027, but funding is limited and rebates are subject to availability.
