Koala insulation are outstanding. Alex was very quick to estimate and book a date. His team went above and beyond with applications throughout the house. I definitely got more than what I paid for which was very reasonable from the start. I don't believe you will get this kind of customer service from the competition. Based on the horrible service I have been experiencing throughout my renovations. Keep up the good work Team Koala 🐨 God bless

Incredible service from the entire team at Koala Insulation. Was having trouble keeping my home warm during the early months of fall and decided to reach out for a insulation evaluation. The gentleman that came and helped me out not only educated me on the building science of my home, but also provided recommendations on how to make my home more comfortable and energy efficient. Would highly recommend Koala to any one looking for a home upgrade! 10/10

Refreshing ! Brand new Equipment, trained professionals that know what they are talking about, up front analysis and consultation, quick detailed estimate and competitive proposals, no pressure and upsells. Love the business concept and delivery. A fresh, honest professional approach to home insulation. Good to have this choice in Ontario now!
